Vertical integration

Fortune Rice controls the entire value chain. We provide farmers with seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides. Our extension agents monitor crops through the growing season. We buy produce in our private mandi and process it in our own facilities. This full integration means every grain is traceable from field to export container.

Private mandi
Our own government-approved agriculture market
Fortune Rice operates its own private mandi yard close to partner farmers' fields. This is the only facility of its kind in the Indian rice sector. It gives us direct control over procurement quality, pricing, and traceability. Every batch entering the mandi is inspected and documented before moving to processing.
