Two Star Export House
Government of India recognition for consistent export performance and quality standards in agricultural commodities.
Every batch is laboratory tested, DNA verified, and traceable from the field to the export container.
Our team of experienced experts conducts rigorous quality checks on every batch. With state-of-the-art laboratories and advanced technology, we test for aroma, grain length, texture, and moisture content. Only when all checks are met is the basmati packed for distribution, ensuring customers receive rice that meets international quality standards.

Mitigating the risk of mycotoxin contamination, particularly aflatoxins and ochratoxin A, is a top priority. We implement safe storage practices throughout the production process and use CO2 gas treatment in cocoons to control infestations. Our farmer training programs emphasize moisture control, and we dry all raw paddy to optimal moisture levels during storage to eliminate mycotoxin risks.

We supply farmers with DNA-certified pure seeds to guarantee uncontaminated crops. This is a critical requirement for developed-nation export markets. DNA testing at the seed stage ensures consistently pure yields that meet the stringent standards of EU and US buyers. Every batch of finished rice undergoes DNA purity verification before export.

Fortune Rice holds the food licenses, plant certifications, and business certifications needed for domestic and international markets.

We manage food safety proactively, starting with pesticide planning at the seed stage so produce meets EU residue limits before it is ever harvested. Within our private government-approved mandi yard, we monitor the entire chain. Every bag of rice can be traced back to the specific farmer, plot, and harvest date behind it, giving buyers full confidence in what they receive.

Each link connects to the next, so any export batch can be followed all the way back to the individual farmers behind it, and forward to its container and vessel.
Every farmer at our private mandi is assigned a unique code. Their paddy is recorded against it the moment it arrives.
Paddy from several farmers is consolidated onto a truck supply bill as it moves to the mill.
At the mill, incoming loads are grouped into numbered stacks by location and fill cycle.
Each milling run is recorded as an internal batch, linking the finished rice back to its stacks.
Batches are combined into an export batch, sampled, and issued a Certificate of Analysis before shipment.
Buyers can follow any shipment through our TraceRice.com portal, from the export invoice and batch number down to the paddy region, sampling date, vessel, and bill of lading. Pre-shipment inspection reports and certificates are attached to each record, so the full history of a shipment is available in one place.
